Hacking Wiigator Gamma

Hey gang,

Recently downgraded my wii to 3.2U

I have downloaded the bundle with gator and the Cios Rev 7, however, when in homebrew I try and execute the Cios Rev 7 install and the black and white screen appears. I read the prompt and continue through. Then it states "to continue press A" well it doesnt seem to like my A button. It will not register it nor will it install it.

Additionally, when running into the backup loader channel for wiigator, the screen simply displays the title and a green alligator icon in the bottom and sits..it will not reset, it will not continue.

I need abit of help guys! ive read alot here and couldnt seem to find a fix for my specific problem.

Next time post in the noob thread. Do you have a memory card in slot 2?

Are you using a Wiimote or a GC Controller? Do you have any GC Memory cards or GC controllers plugged in? Remove anything out of the top slots on the Wii and then try.

Thanks so much! this got the channel to work! and the IOS to install. Cant believe it was something so simple.

Now i just have to figure out how to get my mario party 8 PAL to run on my NTSC system!
