Wiiflow forwarder always take me back to system menu

Hello everybody, like the title says, no matter wich forwarder i try, always send me back to system menu, i tried:

• Wiiflow channel installer
• Installing wad downloaded from internet
• Creating a forwarder by myself
• Reinstalled ios58

Nothing worked, but when i open wiiflow from the HBC works perfect. My wii is a family edition.

Any suggestions? Thanks

btw, the usb i'm using is formated in fat32 with cluster of 32kb, primary partition, active and mbr

I didn't, thanks for the links. But yesterday i tried another device and worked well so i formatted again my usb and now it works. It's weird because i just copied everything, formated again in the same format it was, and now worked (maybe too fragmented device?)
