WiiFlow Error

Hello friendos!
Recently I've got a very weird WiiFlow problem and I hope that you can help me :\

First: I cant use USBLoaderGX because my USB doesn't work for that and I don't want to buy a USB stick just to play my dumped games.

So... WiiFlow worked absolutely fine for like one month. But today I wanted to play some Mario Kart Wii and I ran into different errors after selecting Mario Kart Wii and clicking on "play":

1st: kernel dump stack error or whatever (I'm not that into technique. This error doesn't appear anymore)
2nd: WiiFlow logo for 1sec and then returning to the Wii Menu
3rd: black screen

I really don't know what to do and I'm pretty sure I installed the cIOS correctly. Is there any way to play games from a usb stick or the sd without using WiiFlow?
I hope someone can help me... :\

what version of wiiflow?
did you update recently?
do you use wifi (wiimmfi) for mario kart wii?
