Hacking Wiiflow covers disapering

Question on WiiFlow. Running the latest version... 5.2.0. Using one of the Channel Forwarders to load it. Some of the covers that were there in the past are now showing as question marks. This originally was only on Wii games, GC games showed fine. Now they are BOTH doing it. They can be there one minute and gone the next. I have tried another SD card, and it still does the same thing. It does not do it to all of them, just some... Any ideas what could be causing this? I do not have this problem using USB Loader GX. I have both installed but prefer WiiFlow.

HELP!!!!

EDIT: 4.2U with 562 games on the GC partition and 1695 on the Wii (NTFS - WBFS) partition if that matters.
