any new features with rev 159?
Check our source changes. We've made a lot of changes since our latest release.

Can someone put me a link to the latest wiiflow, thanks!
You can get the latest beta from our IRC channel. Also, we've decided on a feature stop and are only fixing the known bugs we have (only a couple left). After those have been fixed, we will upload a public beta. After that, we will bring out a new release.

i'm still on r92. should i upgrade? if so, which is the best version to upgrade to? r142? r159?
No, if you're not an advanced user, you should wait for our release.

Well,I just tried r160 and everything seems to work without problems at least for now!
Also,I really like the way the alt.dol+ games are shown!!!!!
Thanks r-win and mugotu for your hard work!!!!!
The only thing that baffles me is that I have not found a way to see the WiiTDB info for each game.Is this possible yet?

Select a game with A , then clik on + , you'll get the first screen with release date , publisher and so on.
now press right on the pad , and you get the synopsis

Of course you may have downloaded the wiitdb.zip , from the settings ("download covers and titles" section).

Hi

Wiiflow seems like a nice loader, think I might switch to it. One question, is cIOS20b fully dupported in 2.1a2 (r92)? If not is it supported in the latest r162?

Thanks

I was told the best stability and performance is with cIOSxrev19 base 38 all the way from r92 to the current r162.

So Miigotu, what has changed in rev 164 as compared with rev 130 that would make my wiimote lose sync when starting wiiflow and not be able to regain sync? Rev 130 does not have this issue for me.

The latest revision seems to be incredibly stable to me, but if you do not wish to chance weird issues you should stick with the last stable release.

You should also use mIRC to report issues with latest revisions.

btw I also use cIOSxrev19 base 38 specifically to ensure best stability in WiiFlow, and I do a completely clean install for each "private beta/unsupported revision" I try.

That includes downloading all my covers, although I did check this time that coping them did work, before deleting them and redownloading them.

with the full stable release I could not produce any errors.

Hi, I can't get WiiFlow to show my games via FAT32. All games are in the correct directories, in .WBFS format. I'm using the 249 version of WiiFlow, in case that was important

Edit: Fix'd. Had to use the 223 version... however, now when I download covers and titles, the app just freezes. Anyone else getting this?

can anyone pls show me how to disable wiiflow from writing to the playlog? Using version r117. Thanks
No, you can't.
I've added this feature for the next release though (it will be "write_playlog" in the "GENERAL" section, with a default of yes.

It is a pity that some "reminders with love" are also regarded as "complaints".
Talking about such reminders, may I remind you to check IRC? The playlog thing has been changed to use the correct title string, so it might be fixed.

As some of you may have noticed, the most recent versions of wiiflow (rev159 or greater) require the newest version of libogc from svn.

I compiled libogc and you can download it here. Just use this libogc instead of the older version and you'll be able to compile the newest versions of wiiflow for yourself.

Please note: if you want the newest alpha releases of wiiflow, you don't need to compile them as they are available on irc (irc.abjects.net #wiiflow). This is just useful for people like myself that want to compile their own apps.

For non-advanced users, its best to download the last beta release available on the googlecode page.

Thanks r-win and miigotu for all your hard work on this project!

NOTE: The update server has been cleaned out and a new beta has been uploaded, this is now our base test version and in the next few days we will be working on bugs only in order to get this into RC phase.

@Dent, according to reports, some wiimote sync issue seems to anonymously cleared up with r166 (the beta on the update server).
@TeenTin, the playlog bug is fixed, you may put your gun down now.

Current lis of bugs, which we are currently working on is here: Pastie

Sorry Mugotu, still the same intermittant wiimote sync issue for me with r166.
