if you are desperate for a cheap mediacenter that works well, softmod an xbox1 and install xbmc. its so good i have 3 networked around my house.

set up: easy, sound quality: ok streaming: instant no lagging or buffering probs
The Bad

resolution: awful aspect ratio: SHIT zoom function is not your friend

The Ugly

So was ready to give up until i found tversity all of the above except good resolution plays videos in the correct aspect on my 42" plasma free to download & good support.
I can now watch all me HBO stuff

xbmc was great till 720p came along and now it just hasn't the grunt to play them properly, still a great divx/xvid player though. If you want a decent media centre try a PS3 with Tversity, works a treat and streams 1080p playback perfectly.

in my opinion this software sucks , quality on dvd rips is bad and pixeled which i find odd and i also could not get it to show full screen i still have the opera tool bar at the bottom of the screen , its a waste of money
