Anyone know what the deal is with the second disc before I waste a blank on it?

EDIT: Burned at 4x on a Ritek G05, chipped PAL Wii + softmod, 3.2E f/w, Tazz loader, homebrew channel etc and the 002 fixing Gecko loader. Disc doesn't show up in channel window, none of the 3 installed loaders are touching it and having to reset Wii as it's just locking up once disc is inserted.
