would anyone be interested in programming a window library with me, so that you could create GUI Applications using high-end languages like python? you would start a program, and it would load a python script or lua, or similar, and parse commands, to draw windows and such

unless you got professional level coding skills aim lower

No, that's a library for developing PC-based apps related to Wii file types.

What the OP is talking about is a Wii based framework for creating GUI Wii apps easily (I think).
