Hacking Wii Wads Problem

lol i have no idea what you are talking about. I can copy all my stuff, independent from what it is(WiiWare,VC,original,inject).

Your differences are caused not by what sort of file, but that all .wads downloaded from the internet are Trucha-signed, which means that if you update past 3.2 then you cannot put them back onto the Wii using it's File Manager.

Savegames are signed by your Wii, and so saves without copy protection can always be freely copied. Some WiFi games however have copy-protected savegames, so they cannot even be copied off of the Wii.

It won't show up on the System Menu because it's not on the Wii. The Wii only puts games there from its internal memory.

My firmware is 3.1, i never downgraded or upgraded from that. Good thing that im so lazy.
