I was wondering if the revision of the Wii hardware was printed on the manual like the NDS. On the last page of the manual, 'REV-A' is posted on the top right corner. Does this have anything to do with the revision of the drive?

Please post if your Wii has cut legs or not, or if you have the D2C chip as well as the writing on the top right of your manual titled 'Wii Operations Manual System Setup'.

My manual says REV-A and is a D2A Wii. My serial number is LAH10008350[7]

Revisions are usually printed on manuals and documentation for companies to keep track of different editions.

I doubt that particular revision relates to the hardware inside the Wii.

Even so, perhaps the revision of the documentation relates directly to the likelihood of the hardware revision.

I just bought a new Wii and it has a D2B drive with the same manual as yours.
