I installed the update too. Indeed no problems, everything is working just fine

I don't think that any update will remove the dupe channels. As you see when you open a NTSC game in trucha and look at the update part, that the dup. channels are just 2 extra files which will be put on your Wii and will be shown on the Wii menu. I don't think that an update removes one of those files from your Wii, it only overrides them when updating them, so I think that there won't be any way to remove those files with an update (but I could be very wrong there...). I think that there's just 1 way to delete them: hack into the Wii firmware (or the place where it saves all its stuff) and delete the channels manually.

So the zelda exploit is working on this update?

Yes. The only thing that is updated is the shopping channel. Nothing else. I did this update yesterday.
