Hacking Wii U USB Helper, some questions

So Wii U USB helper seems to be dead now, i have mainly two questions:

1.- I already have all the necessary files of Xenoblade Chronicles X downloaded on my PC, whats the best way to transfer them to the SD card? just copy paste them to the same folder as the rest of the games?
2.- Is there any way to download more wii U games, or is everything fucked now? The reddit work around with MakeHostsJson.exe aint working anymore

I used the reddit work around just a couple of weeks ago, it could be down right now.

Copy the files to install folder (make one if you don't have one) on the root of your sd card. Install with WUP Installer.

Could be that the key site i'm using doesnt work, do you have the link?

Unfortunately it's against GBATemp rules. As far as I know there's only one site if it's not working it's just down. There's other places to download Wii U games but again you're on your own. Google is your friend.
