Wii U suddenly doesn’t connect to internet?

Edit: restarting my router fixed it…

So suddenly my Wii U won’t connect to the internet.

I’ve tried

1. Moving everything away from the wii u like external drives

2. Unplugging the wii u and holding the power button for 15 seconds
3. Tried Both wifi and an ethernet adaptor.
4. Powered off and removed the CMOS battery and powered on again

5. On the Wii U, removed all connection profiles and turn off the Wii U.

6. Tried removing all usb devices expect the ethernet adapter.

It was working fine this morning though using the ethernet adaptor.


And the ethernet adaptor is showing activity

Pretendo is enabled… so maybe that is causing an issue

Also, it can detect wifi networks… it just won’t connect and gives error code.

Anyone got any ideas?

    Shouldn't be, because these anti cheat suites pretty much all natively support linux if I'm not mistaken, and it's down to a literal checkbox that they're not ticking.
