Can't find a similiar thread about this..
So anyway, I bought a mario and luigi deluxe set. I was starting the setup process; when I turned on the wii u, it just froze on a wii u logo. I cant sync the gamepad. The gamepad works fine, it shows the symbols and asks to push the sync button on the wii u.
I can't even turn the system off with the power button. I tried doing the power cycle to no available.
Can anyone help me? isnt there some kind of factory setup or something?
