look in my opinion it's not a bad console it's in HD and plays Wii games and that was the only console i play so its benifit for me but the olny thing that pisses me of is that there is 292 game limit and even with hombrew there is no way to get around it. there could have been better games but I'm hoping Nintendo can pull it out of their asses with the switch tell me your guys experience with the Wii u and if you know anything about the 292 game limit please tell me.

Even with folder the wii u will only show 292 icons. It doesn't matter if folders or not.

the 300 game limit has become slightly bothersome on the 3DS. But on the Wii U, I just can't see how I'll ever get up to 292 titles, and I have a lot of titles too. i mean maybe if I loaded up on virtual console titles I could get there, but overall I like homebrew emulators better than VC titles.

Ya know I bet you could get to 100 when you consider all the types of games that can take up a title: Wii U retail games, Wii U eshop games, digital Wii retail, DS VC, N64 VC, SNES VC, NES VC, GBA VC. You take the best games from each of those categories on the Wii U, I'm sure you could easily get to 100 great games that you HAVE to have played. Not all necessarily on the Wii U, but if you've never played the best of those old VC titles, the Wii U is a fantastic platform to own them on. In fact sounds kind of cool, a device with 100 of the best games playable on Nintendo systems over the years, that would be a plug and play Nintendo system worth owning.

VC is trash and retroarch is better unless you want n64. You didn't buy 99% of those games though so that point doesn't count.

yea we had things like lodinne so maybe things will work soon and maybe there will be a homebrew that allows the wii u to use 2 hard drives i doubt it though but n tat i think about it if i cant use 2 har drive why in data management say 2 usb devices what is the point of this

Loadiine likely won't be getting much work on in the future. The main dev of it is working on IOSUHAX. If you need more then 292 games then play most of them on loadiine.
The point is so you can transfer you files to a larger usb device. usb devices are encrypted and can't just copy files from on your pc from one drive to a different one.

Well they didn't at all. They didn't expect any normal user to reach the 292 and the never changed it because now we know there are not 292 good games. Nintendo doesn't cater to your stupid piracy needs.

And DS. And sure you can use emulators. But I was talking about a legit reason to have 100 titles on the Wii U, for a family that doesn't hack and uses the system as intended.
