Wii U Help Required Please

Hello all i have a wii U which is hacked and currently have a hard drive connected and wii u games load off it.
I want to add USB Loader GX to the wii side and attach a hard drive and load wii + Gamecube games off it.
I believe the wii u will not read the hard drive with wii u games on it in wii mode.
Can i just add a 2nd hard drive and add wii + Gamecube games to it and load through USB Loader GX or can it be done via a usb stick?
Or can i have 1 plugged in when wii u is on and then when i change to wii unplug it and plug in the other?

You have to use ustealth to use both at the same time.
