I mean softmod, sorry :P
I jailbroke my iphone a few days ago, and i forgot about softmod :P
But is it possible? I have softmodded my Nintendo Wii, and it's all thanks to this forum.
But is possible to Softmod the Nintendo Wii U and play backup games?
Look at basically every other thread in this subforum, especially the stickies.

Anything new about IOSU exploit on 5.3.2?
Go to Page 635. Read it twice.

I mean the person asking literally had to be on the same page as the answer since his post was the first one on the next page
Well, a lot of pages are multiple pages in tapatalk, so I miss stuff sometimes using my phone.

I am on 5.2.0

Please correct me if i'm wrong, but if i understand right, that means that i can safely update to 5.3.2 because as Hykem said, naehrwerts possible IOSU were fixed with 5.2.0 and would only work for lower FWs. It doesn't work including 5.2.0, correct?

Hykem's IOSU Bug should work up to 5.5.0, so i would be fine :-)

Well I just hope it gets released even if it is for lower FW.
If IOSU exploit is released, many devs would start manipulating the IOSU layer and hopefully security patches will be discovered to permanently allow homebrew launching (RPX or WUD container). So when exploits get released for newer FW, there already would be many tools available that just need to be ported.

The wiki seems quiet hard to navigate through, not easy to find the info you want.
Those who can, at least add information about stuff that are already released, anyone who goes to the wiki home page would think there was no progress on Wii U hacking at all...
