Hacking Wii Theme Team Creations

i find the menu small in 16:9 so i always have my wii set to 4:3

the border parts in the settings i have found to be BG_common2.gif

there is no way to stretch the BG_common.gif that i have found i spent 3 days about 2 weeks back going through all the files in the iplsetting.ash with no luck

If anyone gets the chance maybe someone could make a pink wii theme so my girlfriend will STFU. She doesnt realize that modding a wii is one thing and creating a theme is another. Apparently im a genius to her because I took what others had done and applied it to my system, but if im such a genius why cant I make a pink wii theme. So to her i say "much like in the bedroom, Im selfish and lazy"

I actually think a pink wii theme would be very popular... although I think its very existence would give me nightmares *cringes*

since thememii was never updated to support SM4.3, could i just rename 00000097.app --> 00000087.app and apply the .CSM? Will this work on my 4.3u Wii?

I ask because when trying to make the Luigi theme with MyMenu i get an error! but ThemeMii seems to make it every time.


Don't want to double post... I was using MyMenu 1.3 and that came up with error every time but found v1.2 and that seems to make a whole lot of a difference. However ThemeMii does seem a little better

either way it goes great job on these themes love them

Where could one make suggestions? I'm not entirely good @making my own LoL but I would love to see a Final Fantasy theme

i know there are many but the pointer or the pics dont necessarily look nice on some of them

but then again that's like having your cake and eating it to........

i modded thememii just last week to add the download of the 4.3 app
nothing else has changed in it

same here i've spend like 2 weeks on it 6 months ago, and i had no luck either... i wish i could find the way to do it though...

How do you open/edit those gifs? Windows and Gimp tell me they're corrupt.

they are lz77 compressed m8

all the files in the iplsettings are lz77

Trying to convert the constantine 3.2 mym to csm and both ThemeMii 0.4 & 0.4 mod are giving me an error. They're referring to SD Menu ashout error? I have the relative app file in place

huh thats odd theres some stuff in there that shouldnt be

in thememii scroll the left panel down and remove
sdta12
sdta14
sdta15
sdta16

that will fix it m8
that theme was made before thememii was out so i bet it would have worked fine in mymenu

I can't create the 4.0 Mario Rpg theme, I get the error message,
"Image failed to resize! I wonder why, might be an issue with the input (script, base WAD, etc)"

These are sweet.

One thing I've been dying for is a Wii Pink theme that is just as well done and smooth as the Wii black theme (or even the black/red one you guys have above.)

Not so much a request as it is just me saying how dope that'd be, but if you think it's do-able, it'd be awesome! Just 'cause my gf and I got the pink Wii Case which I installed and the pink wii-remote haha.
