Hacking Wii system memory full but have 67 blocks open

This message popped up today but i still have 67 blocks open, i didn't even try installing anything. Does anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it?

Did you install a new update or dlc or unlock new characters or something? Either way, if it were me I would just free up a bit more memory

Nope I didn’t do anything except create a new game save file but thats only 1 block. I ended up fixing it through priiloader but now my disc channel had the “disc update” notification. Any idea what that is about? I already updated to 4.3 for homebrew

Maybe it's to update some channel like the store channel or other like news/weather channel. Installing priiloader and activating the "block for disk updates" hack would fix it.

Not to hijack but anyone know if the Wii can use microsd cards with SD Card adapter?

Yes it can although compatibility will vary. I find they'll work with most homebrew but sometimes bootmii doesn't like them, especially the high capacity ones. Sdhc work, not sure about sdxc

Didn’t work for me. What’s max size can be used? I tried a 64gb microsd

I heard that SDXC (anything over 32) cards have to be formatted, but I may be confusing my information with other homebrew scenes.

IIRC SDHC and SDXC both offer 32GB cards, 32gb micro sdhc have worked for me personally. Sdxc may work as well but may require they be formatted first, I've never had one to try

Yeah thx. Yeah max sd can be used is 32gb. I had a 32gb micro se card laying around so upgraded from 8gb and it works np. Can add all my gc games now to it
