Hacking Wii Speak and other updates

OK, so I have system menu 3.3 and when the October update came out, like a wise little pirate I did not update from Nintendo's server but, from the cios and shop channel update programs that were provided. Where do I go from here? I'm sure that Animal Crossing will have an update for wii speak. I know that the loader skips updates so how do I get the proper wii speak update without Nintendo mucking up my system? Does the scene have a person or a team dedicated to working on custom versions of Nintendo's updates? This is avery important thing to worry about as there are a lot of us who probably followed my update path. Animal Crossing comes out on Sunday and I'm a huge Animal Crossing fan and have EVERY intention on using the wii speak mic. What should I do on Sunday?

Dump the game and use brick blocker on the ISO then burn it. Or download it and brick block the ISO

no... I'm not worried about stopping... Just in case you don't know, Animal Crossing HAS the NEEDED update for wii speak. I want to know if there will be a modified version of that update that will not have all the homebrew blocking crap that Nintendo now puts in their updates.
