Hacking Wii Shop working on 3.2E

Hi, everyone,
I have a PAL 3.2E hardmodded Wii (Yaosm),
I saw many, many guides around here explaining how to upgrade "right" to 4.0,
but at the point where one is prompted to install the new shop and IOS61, all them sy: press B, "say NO".

Now, Rock Band 2 is geeting released soon in europe and I wanna be able to buy DLC,
so I need the Wii Shop up and running to buy the needed points.

Is there a way to get the both shop and homebrew working (trucha bug included)??

Yeah, go find the Wii Shop Channel Updater homebrew. Think it's on wiibrew.
