Hacking Wii Shop Channel Ban

Hello! Can i get ban in Wii Shop channel because i install WiiWare Games from .wad files? I need turn off the "Stand By Mode" to install WiiWare? Can Nintendo ban me if i using WiiWare, installed from .wad files?

no, you wont get banned for installing WAD games/channels on your console
it doesn't matter if you have the stand by mode on or off

The only bannings that I know happen on Wii is for using ocarina cheats, they can ban you to use online feature in some games.

Okay, I am the next one to confirm that nobody isn't banned for hacking their Wii's or installing wads. As said above you can ONLY be banned for certain games if you use cheats to modify the online game.
