Hacking Wii semi-bricked or what?

Hi! I have a 3.2u Wii (modded) and stuff was going well but I tried to install ALLDLC wad on megaman and had a problem (ret -1 then ret-1017 always). Then I searched and ppl said about deleting IOS 30 - 37, besides the fact I thought this is strange (deleting 6system files wth) but I did it (so then install them manually. but after thismy wii doesn't open any channel (including mii channel and homebrew channel) it simply goes black and ges back to wii menu, the only channel that works is the disc channel........ so I tought ok. Twilight! Then I used IOS Downgrader to install the files by twilight hack.. after a while it downloaded and installed 3.2u again but the problem persists.

I was wondering about burning the semi-brick wii disc created a while ago for ppl that bricked wii with mario kart import.

Any help?

You sure you reinstalled IOS30 -IOS37? HBCb9 uses IOS36. If that's gone, you'll get a black screen.

Use Title Lister to make sure all the IOSes are installed.
