Hacking Wii scrubber batch

What is the best / is there a gui based wii scrubber app that can do batch processing? I have around 100 ISO’s that need scrubbing so if there is something available that would be great

WIT can do batch processing of Wii images with almost every feature you could need: https://wit.wiimm.de/info/scrubbing.html
Not a GUI app though. I don't know of any Wii ISO scrub app with GUI and batch processing.

Either use WIT to extract and rebuild an ISO/WBFS (if you use Dolphin and you have a 5.0 dev build, you can just have the game extracted and load up main.dol file)
Assuming you want to use them on a Wii you can use Wii Backup Manager to convert your isos to wbfs, and they will be trimmed

I checked WIT out. That is definitely that best tool I reckon.

Turned out, WiiVC Injector supports WBFS. So using Wii Backup Manager I was able to do bulk conversion via GUI. Thanks guys.
