Hacking wii restarting

hi ive been trying to install gamma on a wii and it was verson 2.3 or somethink like that i updated to 3.0E_v1
and everytime i load the gamma it will just restart it self back to the wii menu i know ive not done install wrong as i done same to my girlfriends wii cios rev 7 on gamma

i dont think she as perental control on it but when the wii as loader installed the wii picks it up as named ??? instead of backup loader

all custom wii channels work on 3.2 or higher.

so i should update to 3.2 or use downgrader to 3.2
