Wii remote desynchronizes when load wiiware game

Hi.
I have one wii remote that desynchronizes when starting a wiiware games in usb loader gx, and I cannot synchronize it until I restart the Wii.
In the usb loader gx menu works fine, it happens when you press A to loade a wiiware game, and starts to load.
Only happens with one wii remote in particular, others works fine.
Has it happened to anyone else or knows it may be happening.

Emunand. Games are in usb hdd with fat32 partition.

Load usb loader gx go to settings then features and update sysconf any time you sync a new wiimote you have to do this.

Thanks for your instructions.
I have tried it but now I have noticed strange behavior when I synchronize 2 controllers for multiplayer games.
For example, in the Wii menu I synchronize controller 1 and 2.
Start usb loader GX and sometimes the order of controls is changed from 1 to 2 and 2 to 3.
I start the game only controller 3 responds, if I press the home button once, I see that it indicates that the battery of controller 2 is dead (which is not true, the batteries are new), the battery of controller 3 indicates that it is correct. I click on the Wii menu and it stays on a black screen without doing anything and I have to turn the console off and on.
Any idea what could happen?

Not sure about all that, but in response to that last thing, double check your usbloader return to settings. Or confirm return to is working properly for Wii disk backups
