I'm new to this Wii soft mod and currently figuring out Nintendont- I managed to store 78isos of Gamecube onto the usb flash, however Nintendont is only showing 12 games and there's no next page nor am I able to scroll down to access the rest...What's going on?

also check for file extensions under the view tab. Make sure the games aren't labeled game.iso.iso

Sorry every time I write game.iso I mean [the game's actual name].iso
At this point I'm genuinely convinced you're trying to confuse the hell out of people.

The .iso file must be named "game.iso", and if it comes with two discs (read: ISOs), disc 1 is "game.iso" and disc 2 is "disc2.iso".
Like Greywolf said, inside the "games" folder in the root of your drive, create a folder called "Game Title [TitleID optional but recommended]", and then put game.iso (and disc2.iso if necessary) in that folder.
The .iso files absolutely cannot be named anything at all else whatsoever.

I'll check later but I was positive that's how I've had it all this time, must be losing it...

Ok is it because I'm using the Nintendont forwarder on Wii U because I definitely have all my isos labeled as the games name in the games folder

@FIX94 ?

This directory structure hasn't been needed for Nintendont since at least v4.430. It will look for any *.iso, *.gcm, *.cso, and *.ciso file in the /games/ directory. (Subdirectories are still needed for two-disc games, though.)
