Hacking Wii Model

My friend is asking me to mod his Red Version of the Wii. I asked him to look at the bottom of the Wii, and tell me his S/N.
It was the following : LU9250 xxxx (x is other numbers). The Wii is also 4.3U.

Is this Wii hackable?

I have already modded my Wii using SmashStack;

My Wii is LU64.

So, it IS possible right?

Without a brick chance?

Well apart from power outages during modding you should be fine.
Just make sure you follow a decent guide. (Look at the stickies, I recommend ModMii

)

I followed the guide on WiiHacks to finish my mod.

It works perfect, do you think I should use the same one for this Wii?

I have no idea, I don't know that guide. I just know ModMii worked perfectly on 20+ Wii's for me.

I used that guide on their website, and my Wii works perfect.

Of course, I only use cIOS; because I use the Backup loader.
