Hacking Wii homebrew, making a SD card issues.

a guy on my thread have some issues,

he got a softmodded WITHOUT sd card.
i explained to him bout sd cards n how apps works.

i gave him a zipfile with the app/usbloader_gx/ folder
but when he puts sd card in wii and open homebrew channel ,
he cant see the app, just bubbles .

any ideas? !

Try renaming the "app" folder to "apps". Or go to options and be sure than HBC is configurated for load apps from SD and not from USB

If he hasn't configured HBC incorrectly, what else can he do?

Mmm, you could try another SD card (Sometimes my wii didnt read some SD cards) or clean the SD slot.
