I have all my wii games on a HDD with the program WBFS manager . But this makes my HDD unable to acces to store any kind of other things on there . So my question is , is there some kind of way to just format it and then make a map with just the games in it so i can also put other things on it ?

I use NTFS on mine, and launch .wbfs files as Wii games. I also have my Wii Game Manager app for PC installed on there, along with ModMii, to make softmodding new Wiis easier for my friends.

So i have to drag it in the root folder of the HDD and call it wbfs right ?
You make a folder called "wbfs" on the root of your drive and drag your games in .wbfs format into it. Your loader may allow you to change the directory in the settings. If your using FAT32 remember to do the 4GB split otherwise the file will be too large to copy to your external HDD.
