Hacking Wii Disc Channel needs to be updated

hi my wii disc channel always asks to update, which also means i can't play a game, unless i update but im not cos im scared it will brickk and 4.3 is a bad system menu for hacks etc.. etc.., i use my wii for backups and games to be played off a usb and that works but the disc channel dont work i dunno what else to say really, plaese help

You need to install priiloader and use system menu hacks to disable disc updates.

To make things easier you can just use modmii to update everything for you and give you everything you need.

No you see i initially used modmii to hack my wii and i installed priiloader with the system menu hacks but then priiloader went kaput and didnt let my system menu load up at all so i uninstalled it,, and now i dont use it

Well then reinstall priiloader or let the game update your console. Those are your choices. And SM4.3 isn't bad at all. Everything possible with earlier SM's is possible with 4.3
