I am enjoying playing SNES and GBA games on my Ipad, but using my WiiMote is kinda uncomfortable to use. Both of these controller look great, but I do not know if they have Bluetooth so I can use them for my Ipad, and which was is better overall for all kinds of emulators and games.

As far as I understand it, the Wii Classic Controller will work for any emulator with Bluetooth support, and of course has the added bonus of working with the emulators on the Wii. Note it plugs into a Wiimote. Whereas the Wii U Pro controller only works on certain emulators on the iPad, like Snes9x and some others.

The Classic Controller Pro will work. I don't think the Wii U Pro Controller will, but people have figured out how to make it work on a PC so other devices are probably not far away.

Edit:
Does the wii cc pro need battery or is it chargeable?

The CC Pro connects to the Wiimote. It doesn't require separate batteries.

TBH I much prefer the layout of the CC/Pro anyway. Not a fan of the analogs above the face buttons.
