Hacking Wii Blackscreen problems, I need help !

I have a problem with my Wii. I've done some research but I can't really find one.
Everytimes I start my Wii, it go blackscreen for like 1 minutes and then it will go like normal and I press A like usual.
But how do I fix that blackscreen it's anoying.
Yes it's hacked.

Syscheck report? At a guess I'd say try re-installing the system menu and its IOS.
