I recently burned Splinter cell double agent (U) on a DVD-R in a multi-disc format and i get an error right after I kill the first couple enemies in the game and enter a room I get an error saying...

An error has occured
Turn the power off and refer to the Nintendo Gamecube Instruction Booklet
for Further instructions

I dont know if you guys deal with this kind of stuff, but im not receiving any reply/solution to this problem and i really want to play this game so bad.

Did you burn on a DVD-R?
Do you have a memory card in slot 1 for GC?
Did you try burning as a single disc?
What GC loader are you using?
Did you check to see if its a compatible game from the list?
Is the controller plugged into slot 1?

I am also set up for GC on the Wii, and I'd say out of 25 games that I've tried about 5 did'nt boot or had problems playing.
I burn ALL Wii and GC on DVD-R's only.
Try to stick with the NTSC versions, most PAL games I've tried gave me problems/did'nt work.

Sorry, did'nt see you did use DVD-R.....................

Also, it could be a bad ISO, or a bad burn..........

I'd also highly recommend that you get the official DVD lens cleaner. It only costs £8 or so and may help with DREs.

Yes i do have a controller plugged into slot 1
And i even tried running the 2nd Disc of Splinter Cell Double Agent, but it tells me to put the 1st one in

And so far all my games have worked except this one and there all NTSC/(U) versions
I currently use GC Backup launcher 0.2

It seems that I'm the only one who has trouble running the game, because everyone else can run the game fine.

Here's a link to the game, You can see that i've posted my problem there as well.
