Hacking Wii 4.2 opera error in settings menu

So I messed up and selected the wrong region when I update from 4.1 to 4.2. I did 4.2E instead of 4.2u. what is the best way to fix this. Sorry if this has been posted before I have been out of the seen for a while

Install a 4.2U menu with DOP-Mii.
