Ok, I got a secondhand PSP 1000 at a pawn shop, and I didn't know until after I paid that the WLAN switch flops around and is useless. I managed to get my faceplate off, but is there some way I can force the switch to be permanently on without removing the screen, etc? It's currently permanently off, and if I can fix it to be always on then I won't worry about the switch.

well, its a 2 option switch, on, and off. so either completely removing the switch, or just making a direct connection between the points (im guessing the latter) should make it work. though i dont know what the insides of the switch are like, im guessing a big blob of solder across where the switch goes would work fine.

thats all i got.

I'm gonna hope that there's some small piece of the switch left that can toggle on and off, and I can just use a pin (bent SLIGHTLY at the end for a hook) to switch it up permanently.
