I'm currently using my wifi antena on my computer to "borrow" internet from a nieghbor will I be able to play wifi games on my nintendo ds still?

only way would be to then broadcast, from your PC (using it as a hub) a relay signal to your DS. and the simplest way to do that would be the famous DS USB WiFi dongle.
edit: actually i guess there's a chance you can pick it up with your DS, if the signal is strong enough.

It would be best if your DS could pickup the WiFi signal.
Also keep in mind that the DS's WiFi receptor is not as good as your computers receptor.

If you have a DSi you have a better chance of reaching your neighbour's connection directly, as the DSi has better WiFi capabilities !!!
