I thought when you download an iso, it's in like 90 .rar files and you have to extract the first one for them to work. But my metroid prime3 iso is only in 1 file(and in iso). I think it's just because the file was already extracted, so it's good. Can anyone tell me anything about this?(By the way I got it from a torrent)

Different places up things in different ways ... the multiple RAR versions are almost always 'scene' releases ... releases from groups ... the versions that are just the files you need, unarchived, tend to be by individuals who have either extracted the files from a scene releases, and have re-upped them in that format, or who have dumped the thing themselves.

Not really, those multiple files are from Usenet.
Then others just upload them as torrents.
Others are just single files.

Usenet has a limit on how large a file can be so it has to be divided into smaller parts.
