Do you think INTERNAL FUCKING MEMORY has an extended warranty with G6/M3?

So far so good with mine. No problems, but I've only had it a few weeks.

I do wish they offered a model without the flimsy interchangeable cases. That aspect does seem like an invitation for trouble. A single, more sturdy case would probably eliminate a lot of these problems, although perhaps not Weej's problem.

Hey maybe those with problems with g6 lite could post their status 'where/when they buy, which place, english/chinese' on a thread? I think that it could be a problem with a particular production og g6 particularly with the 'pionneer' batch or something as with the first 'test units' of chinese g6 lite all screw up. My chinese worked perfectly from july till now.

Everytime I try to reload it freezes and a 1 and 7 appear on the screen. I can't upgrade or downgrade the firmware and the memory is dead. It won't boot up in the DS anymore and it won't let me format it at all in the cart.

I've faced the facts: my G6 Lite is dead. :'(

Did you actually read that link?

He didn't ask you to *reload* firmware.
It asks you to flush the Sram first, and at least see if that allows you to format the cart.
You do that not by pressing AB Select Start, but SelectStart+L+R at the green disclaimer.

It probably won't help but it *IS* worth a try....

This poster is having similar problems to yours. His G6 hangs with 1 and 7 showing like yours.

Is your G6 a chinese version like his by any chance?

Don't go into DS mode. You have to try that in GBA mode.

After removing always the usb burner using remove hardware with security from windows all my problems are gone.

Dude, I don't even have a chance to go into either mode. The cart goes to a black screen now if I try to boot it up in either mode.

I'm sending it back to Gamersection for a replacement.
