Why isn't my VirtualBox working?

Whenever I try to launch a virtual box from Oracle VirtualBox 3.2.10, it spawns a clone window and does nothing. It comes up with a flashing box that says "Spawning Session... 0/1 X" and doesn't do ANYTHING. I left it like that overnight... still no luck. HELP! It works fine using the same steps on my friend's Mac.

Vista Home Premium x64 SP2
Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 @ 2.4GHz
4GB DDR2 Memory
NVIDIA GeForce 8500 GT
No Administrative Privileges (Tried with and didn't change a bit)

VB must of crashed. force quit VirtualBox then go to task manager: on windows superbar, right clck and open: go to processes then look for VBservice and Virtualbox.exe end process in each one

Restarted computer several times, even have Intel VT-x enabled. Not working. Tried 4 different guest OS's.

Also tried 3.1.8, which was the latest version before Oracle started mucking around with it.
