Homebrew Question Why Is Key Creation So Tedious?

Re-install python and this time check the box that says add it to your system path (or something like that).

I did that, thats why im confused but ill reinstall
Command Prompt works fine. Python doesn't work because you didn't follow the instructions properly. Which is probably why no one answered you in that thread. If you don't want to reinstall python I can show you how to add it to your environment path manually. Just tell me what OS you're on.
Thanks
Windows 10

Press the Windows logo key on your keyboard and hold it, then press Pause/Break, or open up explorer and right click on "This PC" and click properties. This should bring up a screen titled "System" click on Advanced System settings on the left side. At the bottom of that window click the Environment Variables... button. In the bottom half of the window click where it says Path, then click the edit button. Click on New. Now type in the path for python. You said it was on C:\. So you would type

c:\python27\

Then press enter and click New once more and type in

c:\python27\scripts

Then press enter. Then click ok on all of the windows. You may or may not have to restart the computer for those changes to take effect.

the fun part is depending on what you're trying to do, you're still gonna need to google the rest of the keys, this script can't get them all
