Homebrew Why is Flipnote studio exploit not working?

Using this guide https://www.cfwaifu.com/3ds-hack-guide/, you run the japanese flipnote studio exploit, but in the final steps. when I need to click on the face and the bottom right button to complete the hack, the face doesnt appear for me. Maybe you can try a "better" Guide ? (If you really want to do the Flipnote Exploit)

Thanks for replying, it is on the tenth picture of https://zoogie.github.io/web/flipnote_directions/, which is on step 10 of the subsection called 'fedtool' in the guide https://www.cfwaifu.com/3ds-hack-guide/, I am on the latest firmware version of the 3ds, and have a pal new 3ds.
