Hacking Why doesn't Wii Sports Resort work?

I tried the solutions on the sticky. I changed to alt.dol (674), and the video came up. But when I change back to default .dol and try to play, it crashes. Anyone got any ideas?

try updated to the latest rev 929..

if that doesn't work, install Cios rev 17..

if that doesn't work, install ciod rev 19.. hermes v5 and switch to configurable USB Loader

I watched to Press A to continue, then turned off. Did I do something wrong?

Wait until it takes you back to the system menu. Do not turn off.

Yes. Just use alt-dol again and wait until it takes you back to the system menu

Try a different USB Loader.

Configurable USB Loader is the best loader in my opinion.

Meh, I'm to lazy to configure it. Plus USB loader GX looks better.

Yea I do agree with you on that, GX wii like theme rocks... but CFG Loader is better for compatibility and performance imo. GX doesn't always like you when you try to play Wii Sports Resort.

I also did forget to ask, but yes you do the alt dol method to watch entire video, wait till it takes you back to system menu, boot up GX and load it normally! Of course if that don't work go back to my first reply

hermes v4 is the most likely to work. For once I've stuck on that & waninkoko's rev 17. I was hoping the ios reload support would be out soon, I'd upgrade for that.
