Homebrew Why aren't my games installing?

I hacked my daughter's 3ds last week and I've had no problems installing games up until now.

Usually I would get games which are already .cia and install them using FBI, but this time I have encrypted .3ds games. So, I decrypted them using this, and converted them to .cia with this:

Using this method, I was able to install Paper Mario: Sticker Star, without any problems, but with these four games:

FBI says it's complete, no errors or anything like that, then when I press start and exit FBI, I get no message saying "new software has been installed", and the games are nowhere to be found.
Any ideas?

Better to use GodMode9 instead. You'll probably have to find and delete the files and folders from the messed up install before trying again with GodMode9. Other than that, sometimes the game icons appear after a reboot.

How many games does the 3ds have installed in it? As the 3ds has a limit of 300 games

Only 16.
So I went on to FBI and then titles to delete the messed up titles and deleted bit Trip Saga and its tickets, for some odd reason, it deleted Paper Mario.
Was that the correct way to delete them?
Anyway, I'm just copying the games over just now to try Godmode9.
