Hacking Why are there no stickied tutorial threads?

Its typical for GBAtemp to have stickied tutorial threads. But there arent any for the Switch? I just gone some SX Dongles in the mail and wanted to read up on installing NSP files and up to date info on first time SX OS install/usage. But was surprised to not find any stickied tutorials?
