Why are GBalpha making the updates for Sakura if Moonlight made Sakura?

Moonlight made Sakura, but when it was finished he stopped developing it. GBAlpha (the people that make the G6 and M3 products) are the ones that are improving on it now by adding the features that TouchPod (the old M3/G6 Real software) had and improving rom compatibility.
