Hacking Question Why Am I Not Banned?

So a long time ago (around the beginning of the switch hacking scene) I hacked my Switch obviously. At the time I didn't care about getting banned so I went online, used the homebrew appstore, ftp, etc. I did all of this without using a Nintendo server blocker by the way. Whenever I didn't need or want homebrew at the time I just reset my Switch and did whatever I wanted on ofw.

Now I don't want to get banned because I play with my friend on F0rTn1t3 as it's my only way of playing with him. Since I did all of that in the past and am still not banned, will I have any risk of getting banned now?

BTW, whenever I hack my Switch now I. Always make a nand backup and do all of the other necessary stuff (wasn't sure if this info is important or not)

Older firmwares had less telemetry. If you were not playing games online with cfw it's possible you escaped the noose.

Honestly, I think so. There are things that flag the console and I believe they are either looked at manually, or they simply ban in waves.

Nope, you need to still have access to Nintendo servers to play it. It doesn't work with a Nintendo blocker DNS.
