Hacking Who is going to update straight?

I'm just saying that if the eShop or whatever cannot be accessed if you are caught with flashcart use.

Considering there is no chance of bricking, I'm updating the second it's ready. Just remember to update your flashcart *before* you use it in your updated 3DS. It's not hard people.

I'm still fully concerned about anti-piracy, though. There's no bricking to be done, but they can stop online services all they want. Unless they don't have a way to identify consoles individually and mess it up like they did with the Wii.
