Hi, I tried with my R4 but after have changed the DSTT and pressed A,
I got :

20504F54
Not support device

What's wrong with it ?

edit : With or without the SD card, I get the same code.
I converted it from hexa to string but it means 'POT' XD

What does mean this code ? And what do I have to do then ?

Yes, it could be fine if I could another one, but I recieved it from Hong Kong and I won it in a compo, so I'm not sure that it'll be possible. I asked Costello for that but he hasn't answered yet.

You shouldn't have to do all this, it shouldn't matter if the card is either a clone or its faulty. either way I'd get my money back if I were you. Your the customer. No shop should tell you to come here for technical help to fix things. That's just rubbish after sales care, in fact its ZERO customer care.

Buy yourself an M3i Zero instead, its also DSi compatible.

You have a legal right to a service... So use the service and change it for a new one!
