White screen when loading nds games and twilight menu

So I modded my 2ds a few months ago and it's been working just fine until recently when I switched all my stuff over to a bigger sd card, I was using the one that came with the console before this. I have made sure to format my card correctly, and I've got it set to 32768 like everyone says to (forgot the term that the formatter uses) my 3ds games work fine but even after installing the latest version of TWLmenu, I'm met with a white screen that never goes away. I saw someone say that you could get around this with ndsfowarder, but now when I click on my nds games I'm met with that same white screen. I don't get any text or errors or indication of loading. I have also tried TWLfix, is this just something I won't be able to work around because I have a really large card? Please help! I'm totally out of my league here, I'm much more acquainted with pc's than I am consoles, but I want my little brother to be able to play all the old sonic games.

I had a similar issue where I had my games forced to a aspect ratio in twilight menu and set differently in the forwarder which would cause this white screen issue. Does this happen when only loading games or in both twilight menu and the games?

it happens when trying to load games as well as twilight menu.

Can you still access DS Download Play or the DS Internet Settings?

but I want my little brother to be able to play all the old sonic games.

The 3D versions of Sonic 1 & 2 do not require DS mode and are quite splendid, FYI.

I have the exact same problem. Could you find a solution?
